Rituals are a term we use to describe treatment combinations/packages. All services in our rituals are carefully selected together & thoroughly thought out to give you that perfect spa day experience.
Relaxing Remedy
This ritual starts with a targeted massage that releases the tension held in your neck, back and shoulders. As your therapist works on areas of tightness, your circulation will be stimulated, your levels of the stress hormone, cortisol lowered, and inflammation and pain reduced.
Then, you will receive a full facial to restore the natural balance of your skin and a scalp massage will deepen your level of relaxation even further. The combination will leave you feeling released, realigned, hydrated and revitalised.
We use only the best organically sourced ingredients in our facials. They are nut free and vegan friendly, with no harmful preservatives or ingredients and award winning!

Detox & Sculpt BLD Ritual
This package includes a 30 minute Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage and application of a detoxifying algae gel wrap from ESPA on the abdomen & waist.
Then a 30 minute session follows in our Infrared Sauna Blanket (designed to make you sweat out toxins & waste for the entire body) with a Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage for neck & face!

VIP Ritual
This VIP ritual starts with a bespoke massage covering back, neck, shoulders and back of legs using our heated massage oils. An aromatherapy oil can be added to further enhance the massage.
Not forgetting the face, the ritual then moves into a rejuvenating facial designed to de-puff and decongest the skin, leaving you with a radiant glow.
Our signature Indian Head massage treatment also follows which makes this the most luxurious of our individual rituals as it is a transformative journey for mind and body, taken by stimulating the senses.

Time Out Mum-To-Be
This specialist ritual starts with a soothing back massage adjusted for pregnancy. We will gently work on alleviating tension whilst also making sure you feel profoundly relaxed because, there’s no doubt about it, you deserve it. The treatment then finishes with a glow-boosting organic facial, ending in blissful scalp massage.
*Please note that this treatment is only suitable after the first trimester.
