Welcome to MySpa Massage

At MySpa, our mission is to provide a holistic and therapeutic spa experience at a fraction of the cost of a traditional spa day.

We believe it’s the little details that make all the difference—from the warm, cozy heated beds to the soothing aromas of essential oils. Every element has been carefully designed to create a serene and tranquil space where you can truly unwind.

With over 16 years of combined experience, we had the privilege of working at one of the world's top 10 spa hotels, as recognized by TripAdvisor. We’re also proud to have recently been honored with the "Highly Recommended 2025" award by Fresha and named "Massage Clinic of the Year - Yorkshire (York) 2025/2026!"

Take a moment to explore our website and discover the wide range of treatments we have to offer.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is different between a Swedish Massage & a Deep Tissue Massage?

A Swedish Massage is a more gentle treatment with a slow/medium pace. Whereas a deep tissue massage reaches the deepest layers of muscle to help remove tension from the body.

I want a full body massage - how long should I book for?

You'll need to book for at least 60 minutes for it to cover the full body.

Do I need to bring anything to the massage?

No, all you need to do is relax!.

Is it normal to feel a little sore after a Deep Tissue massage?

Yes, it is normal to feel a little tender but you shoudn't be in lots of pain. It usually takes a day or so for the soreness to subside. It helps if you keep hydrated and drink plenty of water straight after treatment plus have a nice hot bath or shower.
