A detailed scalp analysis, face acupressure massage, scalp ASMR and head massage, shampoo, exfoliating scrub, steam treatment, hand and arm massage, conditioner application, refreshing waterfall session, electronic scalp massage, and a quick blow-dry.*
*Please note: The quick blow-dry will leave your hair slightly damp. For a professional blow-dry and styling, our salon stylists are available upon request.

Everything mentioned above, plus a luxurious face cleanse and massage, lymphatic drainage for the face and neck, a nourishing hair mask, relaxing neck and shoulder massage, and two revitalizing waterfall Halo sessions.
Note: A quick blow-dry only removes excess moisture and does not leave your hair fully dry. If you'd like a professional blow-dry and style, our salon stylists are happy to assist upon request.

💚 Separate Rooms Only 💚
Treatments will be carried out in separate rooms and cannot be performed in the same space.
💚 Booking Deposit 💚
A 50% deposit is required from all clients at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment.
💚 24-Hour Cancellation Policy 💚
We operate a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within this timeframe or fail to attend, your 50% deposit will be retained. If one person in your booking can't attend, a replacement client may take their spot. This is due to the limited time we have to rebook cancelled slots with less than 24 hours' notice.
💚 Qualified Therapists Only 💚
Only Holly and Elise are certified to perform this treatment, so availability may be limited for double head spa appointments. Currently, appointments are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and selected Saturdays.
💚 Blow Dry Options 💚
Each treatment includes a complimentary 5-minute blow dry, though your hair may still be slightly damp.
A full professional blow dry is available from just £10 subject to availability with our salon stylists at Shabby To Chic.
Please mention this in your consultation form or booking notes or simply add it to your booking on fresha if you’d like to add this.
Stylists are NOT available on Sundays, Mondays or after 5pm.
The last treatment time cut off point for blow dries will be at 3pm.
💚 Restrictions 💚
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer this treatment to clients who:
Are pregnant
Have taped hair extensions (bonds will be accepted)
Have had their hair coloured within 48 hours of the appointment
💚 Treatment Positioning 💚
The service requires you to lie flat for the duration. While we will ensure your comfort, you must be able to remain in this position throughout the treatment.
💚 Location & Access 💚
Our spa room is located on the first floor of Shabby To Chic, Acomb, York. Please be aware that access is via stairs, and clients must be able to use them.
💚 Parking 💚
Free all-day parking is available at Morrisons in Acomb, just a 3-minute walk from the salon. Please allow plenty of time for parking and arrival.
💚 Products We Use 💚
We use high-quality products from Pinks Boutique, Alter/Native, and Faith in Nature—all selected for being natural, vegan, and organic where possible. If you have any allergies or sensitivities, please indicate this in your consultation form.
💚 How To Book 💚
You can book via our Fresha booking platform. It'll have all our live availability so you can select a date and time that suits you ☺️
(Just to make you aware, you might be prompted by Fresha to say whether you've been to us before. Please say you have seen us before, even if you haven't as they charge us 20% plus if you're a new client 😞 - Sorry if it's cheeky, but every little helps!)
