Important Notice | How to find us
Please note that the salon we operate from (Shabby To Chic) is closed on Sundays, Mondays, and after 5:00 PM each day.
If your appointment falls during these times, the front entrance will be inaccessible, as the shutters will be down and the door locked.
Instead, you’ll need to enter via the back of the salon. Free parking is available at the rear for both staff and clients.
We’ll send you a reminder and a link with directions closer to your appointment, so please keep an eye out for our messages.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please note that each therapist sets their own cancellation and rescheduling policies. Notice requirements, fees, and enforcement are determined by the individual therapist.
For most therapists:
Cancellations or missed appointments with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a fee of up to 50% of the service price.
Cancellations or missed appointments within 24 hours or on the same day may result in a fee of up to 100% of the service price.
Please review your therapist’s specific policy at the time of booking, as it may vary. MySpa Massage York facilitates appointments but does not determine or enforce cancellation fees.

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
This voucher represents a prepayment for services supplied by an independent, self-employed Therapist.
MySpa Massage York acts as a disclosed booking and payment agent only and is not the supplier of the treatment.
All monies received in respect of gift vouchers are received and held by MySpa Massage York as agent on behalf of the Therapist who redeems the voucher.
All vouchers have a one-year expiry date.
Voucher value may be used towards treatment services provided by a Therapist operating at MySpa Massage York. The Therapist who redeems the voucher is the supplier of the treatment.
The voucher represents a monetary value. If the treatment price exceeds the voucher value, the remaining balance is payable on the day of the appointment.
Gift vouchers may be redeemed online without paying a deposit. Card details may be captured securely via Fresha in accordance with the Therapist’s cancellation and no-show policy.
