Bespoke Full Body Massage
A full body massage goes beyond relaxation; it is exceptionally beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension. Choose your preferred massage pressure; gentle, medium or firm and decide on whether to add an aromatherapy oil to further enhance the treatment.
A full body massage includes; Feet, back & front of legs, back, arms, hands, scalp & hips.

Deep Tissue Massage
A therapeutic massage designed to relieve pain and muscle tension throughout the body. This type of massage is extremely beneficial because it reaches the deepest layer of muscles, fascia (connective tissue surrounding the joints) and tendons.
I can also use our range of muscle rubs, like tiger balm, to help ease the pain away. Although it is common to be a bit sore or tender after the treatment.
For a full body deep tissue massage, 90 minutes is recommended

Pregnancy Massage
A deeply relaxing, and pampering massage treatment for you to enjoy during pregnancy. The massage is adapted for you at each stage of your pregnancy. Specialised positioning is used to ensure the ultimate in safety, and comfort for soothing relaxation. This massage experience helps to relieve aches and tensions in the back, alleviate swelling in the hands and feet, plus ease the mind and uplift the spirit. Please only book this when in 2nd or 3rd trimester.

Massage with Heated Lavender Poultices
The Herbal ball compression techniques offers several potential health benefits; it induces deep relaxation, relieves stress & fatigue, boosts emotional & physical wellbeing, assists in the alignment & postural integrity of the body, improves circulation of blood and the lymphatic system.
We use the ball to apply pressure and massage the body. They are specifically placed on different points of the back to help ease muscle tension. The fact that they are heated as well also offers a deeper level of relaxation. We use the poultices before & after the massage to receive the full benefits.
We recommend at least 75 mins for a full body massage.
